Blu-Link allows you to control GATE devices such as TITAN, ASTER, and STATUS and connect them to other compatible ones wirelessly via the GCS App. What’s more, Blu-Link is an additional adjustable smart fuse and multifunctional wattmeter enabling you to, e.g., read Telemetry data.

![image](media://c2be9aa7-a9a9-4a65-b7de-bc4ccd32d0db)

Together with the GCS App, you can adjust the settings of TITAN, ASTER, STATUS, and other GATE devices and update or upgrade their firmware.

Use Blu-Link with the GCS mobile app for Android and iOS. Check the official GCS download page for current platform guidance.

#### Unable to update firmware of my Blu-Link on Android device

Your device is likely paired directly with your phone. You need to unpair it, as the connection should only be made through the GCS app.

Follow these steps:

1. Go to your phone’s list of paired Bluetooth devices.
2. Select your device from the list.
3. Tap the settings icon (gear icon).
4. Tap **"Forget"** (trash bin icon).
5. Open the **GCS app** and update your device.

If you encounter any issues, please contact us via [https://help.gatee.eu](https://help.gatee.eu)

### DTC Codes

Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC) indicate basic malfunctions and problems with your battery, AEG, ETU or Blu-Link. You are notified about them by a LED blinking for 120 s after the problem occurs. The Blu-Link DTCs can later be read and cleared in the **Diagnostics **tab in GCS.

#### In the Event of Trouble

1. The LED color reflects the problem type:
  - Yellow indicates a warning
  - Red indicates a problem
2. The number of blinks determines what exactly the problem is.

#### DTC Explanation

> ✅ **Note**
> ✅ If you are using an ETU connected to Blu-Link, also check the ETU DTCs. Blu-Link is designed to withstand higher power load and lower voltage than an ETU, so in most cases, ETU protection is activated earlier and Blu-Link does not detect the problem.
